Mulvena Winston, PC
Stoneham, MA (Hybrid)
September 2024 – Present
At Mulvena Winston, I lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones. I manage content across social media, email, and the website, ensuring everything stays aligned and engaging. I regularly update the website to improve navigation and better showcase our legal services. One of the most rewarding parts of this role has been creating targeted campaigns for niche audiences, including special needs families and young parents. I also coordinated a print ad placement in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, which allowed me to combine both digital and traditional outreach strategies.

Wakefield Town Hall
Wakefield, MA (On-Site)
September 2023 – January 2024
I conducted asset mapping to assess Wakefield’s social connection resources and identify areas for improvement. I created and distributed a community survey that gathered over 200 responses and led outreach efforts at local sites such as the Council on Aging and Town Hall. I also organized and facilitated focus groups to explore themes of social isolation and barriers to community involvement. After analyzing the data, I presented my findings in a project titled "Understanding Social Isolation & Loneliness in Wakefield," combining community feedback with design elements to provide actionable recommendations to town leaders.
